These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Woshx website (woshx.com) and all laundry pickup and delivery services provided by Woshx in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By accessing our website or placing an order for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Woshx provides professional laundry pickup and delivery services in select areas of Pune. Our services include:

- Household Items Cleaning
- Clothes Dye
2.2 Service Areas
We currently serve the following areas in Pune:
- Wakad — Pincode 411057
- Pimple Saudagar — Pincode 411027
2.3 Operating Hours
Our operating hours are 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Sunday. We are closed on Thursdays.
3. Orders & Pricing
3.1 Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable service charges.
- A minimum order value of ₹349 is required for all orders.
- Express service is available at 2x the standard service price.
- Prices marked with a "+" symbol indicate starting prices. The final price may vary based on the garment type, fabric, and condition.
- Woshx reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Updated prices will be reflected on the website.
3.2 Dry Cleaning Pricing
Final pricing for dry cleaning services will be confirmed at the time of garment pickup after inspection of the items. Prices displayed on the website serve as estimates and may be adjusted based on garment type, fabric, stains, and specific care requirements.
4. Order Process
- Orders can be placed through our website at woshx.com. Select your desired services, items, and preferred pickup schedule.
- No account creation is required. All orders are processed via guest checkout for your convenience.
- A unique Order ID will be generated upon successful placement of your order.
- Pickup will be scheduled as per the date and time slot you select during order placement.
- Our team will contact you for confirmation before the scheduled pickup.
5. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and delivery are handled through our third-party logistics partners.
- Pickup and delivery are free of charge within our designated service areas.
- Standard turnaround time is 48–72 hours. Express service offers a faster turnaround at 2x the standard price.
- The customer must be available at the provided address during the selected pickup or delivery time slot.
- Repeated unavailability during scheduled time slots may result in order cancellation at Woshx's discretion.
6. Payment
- Currently, Woshx accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole payment method.
- Payment is to be collected at the time of delivery of your cleaned garments.
- Please keep the exact amount ready as per your order total.
- Additional payment methods (online payments, UPI, etc.) will be introduced in the future.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
7.1 Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before pickup by contacting us at 7770069416.
- Once garments have been picked up, the order cannot be cancelled.
7.2 Refunds
- Since all payments are collected via Cash on Delivery, there is no refund processing required for cancelled orders.
- For quality-related issues, please report them within 24 hours of delivery.
- Woshx will offer a re-service or resolution at its sole discretion.
8. Garment Care & Liability
8.1 Our Commitment
Woshx takes utmost care in handling all garments entrusted to us. We use professional-grade equipment and follow industry-standard procedures to ensure the best results.
8.2 Customer Disclosure
Customers must inform Woshx of any special care requirements, delicate fabrics, or specific instructions for their garments at the time of order placement or pickup.
8.3 Limitations of Liability
Woshx is not liable for the following:
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration of garments
- Color bleeding due to poor dye quality or non-colorfast fabrics
- Shrinkage of garments that lack proper care labels
- Loss or damage to items left in garment pockets (including cash, jewelry, electronics, or documents)
- Damage to delicate or fragile items that were not declared at the time of pickup
8.4 Compensation
- In the event of proven damage or loss caused by Woshx, our liability is limited to 10 times the service charge for the affected item, up to a maximum of ₹5,000.
- All claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
9. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer of Woshx, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide an accurate and complete address and contact information at the time of order placement.
- Be available at the provided address during the selected pickup and delivery time slots.
- Remove all personal items from garment pockets before handing them over for service.
- Inform Woshx of any special care requirements, fabric sensitivities, or specific instructions.
- Inspect garments at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.
10. Prohibited Items
The following items are not accepted for service and must not be included in any order:
- Hazardous materials or items contaminated with chemicals
- Biohazard items or garments with biological contamination
- Leather or fur items (unless discussed and agreed upon in advance)
- Illegal or prohibited items under Indian law
11. Intellectual Property
The Woshx name, logo, brand identity, website content, graphics, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Woshx. No part of our brand or content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without prior written permission from Woshx.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Woshx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
- The total liability of Woshx for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
- Woshx is not responsible for delays, non-performance, or service disruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of Woshx services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
14. Changes to Terms
Woshx reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Your continued use of Woshx services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
